At the moment, few companies have a handle on what it means to provide customer care for social media. So, this project would benefit them to check how other companies are monitoring their social media engagement.
According to this analysis, the dissatisfaction rate is standing at 15%. This project provided a tremendous insight into the next best thing the company can do to optimize its social media presence.

Social media has become part of people’s day-to-day life. In surveys, 90.13% of professionals said they use Facebook as part of their social media strategy. This is followed by LinkedIn (88.54%), Instagram (81.52%), and YouTube (74.36%). With all the noise that social media generates through viral posts and trending hashtags, it has become increasingly important for brands to monitor their social media platforms by giving a well-thought-out yet speedy response on social media to a query or complaint that will help on gaining customer satisfaction and trust.
