Project Overview
Houston is the fourth most populous and one of the most diverse cities in the nation. However, crime in the city is growing in an alarming rate. Houston Police Department has been busy responding to crimes committed all over the city day and night. In this analysis, we will analyze the types of most committed offenses, during what time most crimes are committed, and also analyze which neighborhoods are severely affected by crimes in the city. This analysis and dashboard will help us allocate appropriate resources like police personnel to protect and serve Houstonians.
