Project Overview

This dataset represents and includes a record for every branch of Chase Bank in the United States, including the branch\'s name and number, date established as a bank office and (if applicable) acquired by JP Morgan Chase, physical location as street address, city, state, zip, and latitude and longitude coordinates, and the amount deposited at the branch (or the institution, for the bank\'s main office) in US dollars. Problem Statement

Banks offer various types of accounts, such as savings, checking, certificate of deposits, and money market, to attract customers as well as meet their specific needs. Two of the most commonly used accounts are savings and checking. Actually, the bank branches as we know it, with tellers behind windows and bankers huddled in cubicles with desktop computers need reinvention. Most customers now carry a bank in their pockets in the form of a Smartphone and only visit an actual branch to get cash or, occasionally, advice. According to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation\'s annual Summary Deposits reports and other sources such as McKinsey & Company, Globally, financial institutions now process far more transactions digitally than in branches, and since the financial crisis of the late 2000s, more than 10,000 US bank branches have closed—an average of 3 a day.

Key Takeaways

1.Creating some attractive games: by distributing regularly some bonuses (not only when you open accounts) and gift cards when you make a certain cash deposit, may increase the number of the visitor actual in the branch Banks. And the branches will be able to survive again.

2.Add more deposit ATM machine inside of the branch Banks to avoid the long line of waiting: as you know the most of our precious client, they do not have the patience to wait in a long line, they are busy. So as we need to take care of them, the Idea will be wonderful to attract more cash deposit in the Branch

3.Maximizing the frequency of the branch Bank advertising:
a lot of people do not know exactly what the Branch specialties are, or where the branch located as result, low participation.
