Problem Statement

Problem Statement:

The H1-B Visa applicants are faced with many challenges which includes denial, the government limitation and political influence. The Trump administration has fired both barrels against U.S. companies and their ability to hire high-skilled foreign nationals, including international students, on H-1B visas. Before then, H1-B visa recipient saw themselves hindered by the annual statutory cap. Since the category was created in 1990, Congress has limited the number of H-1Bs made available each year. The current annual statutory cap is 65,000 visas, with 20,000 additional visas for foreign professionals who graduate with a master's degree or doctorate from a U.S. institution of higher learning.
